Please note, in light of current public health circumstances, DCD’s support for professional dancers continues, however all dancer support programmes will be delivered remotely via telephone, skype and zoom until further notice.
We recommend that as a first step when considering career transition, dancers simply come and talk to us, through booking a one to one conversation.
These conversations take place in person, over the phone or via Skype with our warm and friendly Dancer Support and Programmes team.
We offer a safe space to talk about what’s on your mind and look at the ways we can help you to move forward.
A conversation with DCD can help you find clarity about your next step and allows us to make sure that we offer the support that’s right for you.
You don’t need a plan and you can come to us at any point in your career.
In fact, we encourage dancers to have a conversation with DCD as early as possible in your career, even if you’re not yet at the point of transition, and there is no limit to the number of one to one conversations you can have with us.
We are here to listen. Our support is completely confidential and independent. Our one to one conversations are also completely free.
Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your one to one conversation.
