Dancers’ Career Development’s Board of Trustees bring a diversity of knowledge and lived experience to the charity. Trustees are responsible for the governance of DCD as well as overseeing finance, risk, auditing, compliance and other operational aspects of DCD’s work. The DCD Board is a group of committed and engaged individuals who have a strong commitment to the career development of dance artists in the UK and to DCD’s values and approach.

Grants Committee

The Grants Committee, Chaired by DCD Trustee Sue Sloan, is a Sub-Committee of the DCD Board. It meets three times a year to review and award Financial Retraining Grants within a budget set by the DCD Board. The Committee comprises of individuals who bring a diverse range of experience and expertise in multiple genres of dance as well as education and life long learning.
