Data breach update

Our investigation suggests that false appointments have been made. We have secured our account and continue to investigate the incident. At present, there is no evidence that anyone’s information has been misused.

We have contacted individuals who may be affected, recommending them to remain alert to unexpected emails, telephone calls or text messages asking you to confirm personal or financial information.

Should you receive an unexpected communication claiming to be from DCD, Acuity, Squarespace or another organisation, we recommend contacting us directly using dancers@thedcd.org.uk, rather than responding using details provided in the message.

What we are doing

We have taken immediate steps to secure the account and prevent further unauthorised access.  We are very sorry that this has happened and for any concern it may cause. We take the security of personal information seriously and are treating this matter as a priority.
