If you are traveling from inside London and cannot use public transport due to access needs, please let us know.

To enquire about free tickets and/or support with travel costs, please email dancers@thedcd.org.uk putting INSPIRATION EVENT in the email header.

For updates, please follow DCD on social media or sign up to receive our enewsletter.

As DCD comes to the end of its 50th year, during which time it has awarded retraining grants to over 2,500 dancers, this day will help us identify how we can work strategically with partners in and beyond the dance sector to help realise the career potential of every former dancer. We will share the learnings and wisdom of those we’ve supported, and discover how dancers can adapt and enhance their employability

Please join us to consider, progress and celebrate the boundless potential of our dance community.

The Inspiration Day forms part of DCD’s 50th Anniversary programme and follows Inspiration Events held recently in Leeds, Swindon and Birmingham, in partnership with Yorkshire Dance, Swindon Dance, The Jam Festival and Sampad. This Event is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
