DCD are looking to recruit an exceptional individual.

The Administrator is a challenging and varied role with three core areas of responsibility: office management and administration, finance and HR.

We are seeking a self-motivating, proactive and agile individual who is an accountable team player. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative staff team and if you bring a can-do attitude, there will be considerable scope to develop this role.

You may come from an administrative or similar role in an arts organisation, but we are also particularly interested in individuals who might bring additional skills in HR, Finance and IT and are looking to transition into the arts and charity sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join Dancers’ Career Development at an exciting time in our history as we increase our range of support services, develop our national outlook and look to cement a solid organisational foundation.

This role is offered on a fixed term 12 month contract however it is expected that this role will continue after this point on a permanent basis.
